Kind & Understanding
We lost our cat of 17 years old on Saturday after an emergency dash to the vets. They picked him up the same day and called me to say he was being looked after until we had decided the next steps. On Sunday I had another call, although we already knew what we wanted, they gave us plenty of time to make a decision. Charlie was cremated and back home in no time.Everyone we spoke to was very kind and understanding. They made a very sad situation a little easier to bear.Thank you everyone at Treasures Friends.
